2016 Groth Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc blended with Sémillon.  Saline, green bell pepper, melon, lime, and white pepper notes on the nose, as well as on the palette.  A beautiful balance of crispness and creaminess.  This wine is first-rate!  It would pair nicely with seafood.
